For my first-ever book project, I had the wild inclination to start with a coptic stitch book that not only has inserts, but also is thick enough to hold those inserts. I followed the question of how I can promote sustainability but engage the reader to promote optimism. I had been to most of the spots and was able to source my own images and descriptions unless otherwise noted.
I also added a second part to explore ways of engaging a younger audience by creating illustrations and activities for them to follow along and personify daily items that can be swapped with a resuable counterpart.
